- Condition: Products must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note that we cannot accept returns on undergarments for hygiene reasons.
